A crocus has fallen
When I visited Hever Castle this time round, the crocuses had been in full bloom for quite a while. It was half-term, and, unsurprisingly, many children were coming to see the crocuses. Sadly, many of them had been treaded on, and when I saw this crocus (which, may I add, was one of many flat on the ground) I thought I would take a photo of it and share it with you.
Many photos that you see (including mine), try to aim for perfection. But it is not every day that you see a photo of a crocus that is not trying to be perfect.

Water blocks the sun
We were heading back to the car after a long day at Hever Castle, and I walked in front of this water fountain. I saw that the water was blocking some of the sunlight. Without looking directly at the sun, I took this photo. And I was instantly amazed.
